Couple seeking luxury
The hotel was absolutely stunning and had an incredible team. There was a charming gentleman who made iced coffees perfectly every morning, and his warmth made us feel right at home. I still think about that delectable breakfast spread with all the local delicacies.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience, it was fair.

The rooms have a luxurious design with high ceilings that create a spacious feel, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The garden view adds an element of serenity, enhancing the overall ambiance during the stay.
Air conditioning issues were noted, with it being inconsistent and frequently turned off, making it uncomfortable at times. The breakfast selection has significantly declined. what used to be a generous offering is now quite limited and lacks variety. the location poses a challenge as it takes a solid fifteen-minute walk to reach major attractions, and the immediate surroundings feel somewhat disconnected from the hotel's character.

I stayed in a Double Room with Garden View, and it was really nice! The room had high ceilings, making it feel spacious and bright. Plus, the view of the garden added a lovely touch to the whole vibe. It felt cozy and calm, perfect for relaxing after exploring Florence. The only downside was that it could have felt a bit understaffed at times, which affected service a tiny bit.

Charming ambiance with room for improvement
I recently enjoyed my stay, appreciating the lovely decor and warm atmosphere. I did find the breakfast limited and opted for coffee, which came at an additional cost. The location was decent, requiring a short walk to the city center, but it was manageable while exploring Florence.
